Estimado Aquino: no es en pasado,mas bien es en futuro,son calendarizadas,pero aun no puestas en circulación.Se agradece la informacion,tambien deberias colocar el calendario y las ya emitidas del 2018-2019,que tuvieron muchos contratiempos. Una sugerencia a hacer llegar a SERpost.deben crear los sellos de PRIVAT POST para ser uilizadas por los servicios de mensajeria.Asi como son especies valoradas habria mas ingresos para SERPOST,menor evasion y un motivo mas de coleccionismo.Pero las vacas sagradas de la asociacion se oponen.Por cierto que los costos faciales son algo altos por lo que su puesta en circulacion debe ser paulatina y progresiva. Hay mas motivos de conmemoracion que los anotados y ser motivo de coleccionismo en el extranjero.la junta decisoria debe ser mas inclusiva y enterada,no obrar por amiguismo o vleidadespoliticas.p.e.:han puesto una serie de Moquegua (claro aprovechamiento,pero han dejado de lado el cuerpo de Sta Fortunata,los portones hacendarios rococos,el techo de mojinete,losolivares,lculurachribaya ,el cerro Baul,etc.) pero sin ningun sentido,debe estar en una series sobre las 24 ciudades principales cabeza de region.luego no hay una ligazon secuencial,primero los incas y luego Chavin (olvidaron Caral,Recuay,y otras,aparte de Wari, Paracas, Nazca,etc.)En finaahy que adaptarse y aceptar lo que viene.(deberia haber una serie precursora de la independencia,quecomeinceel1010y termine el 2021 o siga hasta el 2024.
